01. The Company was incorporated on September 23, 1986 as a Public Limited Company. 02. The Company commenced its business on November 06, 1986 and has already completed 24 (twenty four) successful years of operation. 03. The company went for public issue in the year 1994 by issuing 3,00,000 Ordinary Shares of Tk. 100.00 each at an issue price of Tk.100.00 each per share totaling Tk.3,00,00,000/-. 04. The Company was listed with the Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited on October 12, 1994 and the Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited on October 10, 1995. 05. The authorized capital of the Company is Tk. 1000 million and paid up capital is Tk.8,13,12,000/-. 06. The Company has a network of 06 branches all over the country. 07.
